These Terms govern access to and use of Artil, an advertising analytics and campaign management platform operated by Artil Team.

Use of the service

You may use Artil only for lawful business purposes and only with accounts and data that you are authorised to access. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials.

Connected advertising accounts

Artil may connect to third-party services such as Google Ads through authorised APIs. You remain responsible for your advertising accounts, campaigns, budgets, settings and compliance with the terms and policies of those third-party services.

Platform functionality

Artil provides analytics, reporting, monitoring, recommendations and campaign-management tools. Recommendations and automated analysis are informational and should be reviewed before material advertising changes are made.

Availability

We aim to keep the service reliable, but availability may be affected by maintenance, third-party services, API limitations or other circumstances outside our control.

Acceptable use

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with the service, misuse connected APIs, or use Artil in a way that violates applicable law or third-party platform policies.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. The current version will be published on this page with its effective date.
